Heather Granato is the VP of Customer Success for Molecula. Joining in April of 2019 she is leading the client implementation journey and account management strategy, highly focused on the overall client experience and revenue growth.
Before Molecula, Heather was VP of Client Services at Experian Partner Solutions (formerly CSID). While at Experian she was responsible for leading the sales engineering, implementation, UAT, and account management teams. She has a track record of successfully growing the install book of business, maintaining customer loyalty, and driving retention. Heather was a key player on the leadership team that successfully sold the company to Experian in August of 2016. Prior to Experian she led customer success teams at both Small World Labs and CDK Global.
When not making client dreams come true, you can find Heather reading, cooking, coaching 4th grade volleyball, or watching Bravo TV. She also serves on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters, an organization she is incredibly passionate about.
