Marc Degenkolb

SVP of Sales, Worldwide

Marc leads all sales related activities at Molecula. Raised in Ohio and Michigan, he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Interpersonal Communication from Ohio University.

He is an accomplished, results-driven executive leader, with a solid history of building enterprise software sales teams and delivering revenue growth for both established and startup companies.  He has worked with high growth and innovative companies including Quest Software, DataSynapse (acquired by TIBCO), CA Technologies (acquired by Broadcom), Rocana (acquired by Splunk), Delphix, and most recently Aternity (spin-off from Riverbed).

Marc’s passion for building and leading successful teams starts with making every interaction personal.  He believes that transparency and honesty are the catalysts for building great teams.  This drives inspiration, motivation, and brings out the best in people.  Marc coaches on a daily basis, as he truly cares about his team’s best interests, success, and growth.

Outside of the office, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife and children.  He also enjoys any chance he can get on the golf course.
