VP of Customer Success
As VP of Customer Success, Beth is responsible for creating a customer-centric strategy to establish long-term customer partnerships focused on value realization. Her 20 years of experience leading implementation, consulting, development, renewal, and success teams have provided her insight to curate a successful customer journey. Prior to Molecula Beth has held positions at GE Global eXchange Services (acquired by OpenText), ExcelaCom, Johnston McLamb (Acquired by Salient CRGT), Clarabridge, and most recently Delphix.
Beth is passionate about building teams and sharing her experiences to support others in their journey. She has been active in the Customer Success community since 2014 attending and presenting at industry conferences including Gainsight’s Pulse and Totango’s Customer Success Summit.
Outside of work and industry participation Beth enjoys staying active and healthy, hiking, mountain biking, cross-fitting, and spending time with friends and family.
