Brute force

BRUTE FORCE refers to applying bigger and faster technology to the problem. This approach means using hardware built for intensive processing applications such as graphics processing units (GPUs), specialized field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), and/or solid-state drives (SSDs). Advanced hardware can push more processing, but it comes at a cost. Managing and automating specialized systems is expensive and complex. At some point, the computation cost per query offsets the value being created, and the approach is not worth the expense. Furthermore, managing the ongoing cost-benefit analysis of a dynamic system is not trivial.
