Clicking submit will generate forward and reverse DNA oligo sequences which, when annealed will produce a sticky-ended fragment suitable for cloning into a pDsiPHER vector cut with BamHI and HindIII. The sequence is checked for appropriate length and for premature terminators that may impair transcription.
